The program started with preliminaries which are singing of the national anthem, followed by a doxology, then singing of Pangasinan Hymn and  SDO1  hymn respectively. The SDO1 division is very lucky for having the handsome and action man himself, Hon. Gov. Amado I. Espino III, Lingkod ng Bayan himself, Hon. Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil and Cardo Dalisay of Lingayen, Hon. Municipal Councilor Dexter G. Malicdem for gracing the occasion.
The activity was highlighted with the distribution of gifts (32” led tv and electric bike) to all Bayaning Guro awardee and raffle draws of the remaining televisions and electric bikes.
