The Baay Elementary School conducted a School Weekly Convocation last February 18,2020 at the principals office headed by the school principal, Dr. Chuchi C. Malagayo, This is to help teachers keep informed and up to date.

Bible Sharing @ Baay E/S

God's Word is the perfect communication tool. Thus, the word of God is the Life and Mission of the Church. On February 18,2020, a Bible Sharing was conducted at Baay Elementary School in every classroom.

First Communion of Grade 3 Pupils @ Baay E/S

The first holy communion is the biggest event in the life of a Grade 3 pupil. This momentous event took place at Baay Elementary School last February 17, 2020. All Grade 3 pupils sang joyfully the songs, recited gracefully the responses, and

received the Body of Christ with all their hearts.

Mass and Blessing Ceremony

     The mass is at once a memorial and a sacrifice. It is a sacrifice of sacrifices, because it is the sacrifice of God for us.

     The Baay Elementary School conducted a mass and blessing ceremony administered by Father Joveno Batican and headed by Dr. Chuchi C. Malagayo, Principal III on February 14,2020 at exactly 8:00 in the morning. It aims to have a good relationship and strong connection to the Lord. The mass ended at exactly 9:00 in the morning.

SPG ELECTION 2020-2021

        Pursuant to OUA Memo 01-0120-0609 and DepEd Memorandum No. 47 s. 2014, the Baay Elementary School conducted an SPG Election on February 14,2020 in every classroom. The SPG election was headed by the SPG adviser, Mrs. Particia Valerio.
       The SPG election started with filing of certificates of candidacy last February 3,2020 and on February 12-13,2020, was the campaign period. There were two parties aiming for the position, the Baay Elementary school Party headed by Jasper Carl D. Cayabyab and Makabayan Party headed by Camille P. Cruz. Both parties worked hard to earn favor from their co-pupils. There were also a screening of the candidates. Its mission is to test the determination and will of the candidates. Campaign materials were posted on designated areas. After the election, votes were counted by the election committee. So far, SPG election were successfully conducted where pupils are given the suffrage during the election.

Blessing of the New Building

     Leadership is about influencing others' beliefs, attitudes, culture and lifestyle. Thus the Department of Education leads the entire Philippines  into a globally competitive and lifelong learning by upgrading education into a postmodern quality. And one is to build standard buildings.
      The Baay Elementary  School conducted a blessing ceremony of the New building on February 13,2020 at exactly 8:00 in the morning headed by Father  JOVENO BATECAN, DR. ROGER B. UNTALAN, PSDS, DR. CHUCHI C. MALAGAYO, School Principal with the PTA President Mr. Christian Mabazza and  the teachers.
       A celebration was done after the blessing of the New Building. The Blessing Ceremony ended at exactly 9:00 in the morning.

Lingayen II Federated PTA Feeding Program @Baay ES

The Lingayen II Federated PTA Officers led by their president Mrs. Rhea Cruz in coordination with Baay ES PTA President SPMS Christian Mabazza and the Faculty and Staff headed by our school principal Dr. Chuchi C. Malagayo conducted a feeding for all learners with 730 recipients last January 28, 2020 at around 3'o clock in the afternoon.
