LEARNING SELF-DEFENSE

                    Self-defense is the right to use reasonable force to protect oneself or members of the family from bodily harm, or to a lesser extent, one's property from the attacker, if the person has reason to believe that he/she is in danger. Learning martial arts is one of the smartest things you can do. It will help you defend yourself and can walk away unharmed.
